Iman Harymawan is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. He obtained his Ph.D degree (2016) in accounting from the City University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong, MBA degree (2009) from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, and his B.A. degree (2006) in accounting from Universitas Airlangga in Indonesia. His current research focuses include corporate governance issues, the accounting impact of political and military connections in business, and financial reporting quality. He currently teaches financial reporting analysis and advanced accounting.

He took his undergraduate studies at Semarang State University (UNNES) in the Physics Department and IAIN Semarang's Hadith Department. Since college, Nasih has been happy with organizational activities and has joined the Islamic Student Association (HMI) and has undergone a training process starting from LK I (basic training), LK II (intermediate training), to SC (Senior Course) to become an instructor or guide. He served as General Secretary of the HMI Commissariat of the Faculty of Ushuluddin (1998-99), General Chairperson (1999-00), until he became Chairman of the Development Division of HMI Korkom IAIN Semarang Members (2000-01) and Chair of the Semarang Branch HMI (2001-02).

Hendro then continued his master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany, starting in 2003. His thirst for knowledge encouraged him to continue his doctorate at the same campus under Prof. Jivka Ovtcharova. His dissertation entitled An Integrated Method for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Supported Energy Efficiency Evaluation and Optimization in Manufacturing: Knowledge-based Approach and Energy Performance Indicators (EnPI) to Support Evaluation and Optimization of Energy Efficiency was completed in 2016.

Hadrian has over two decades of research, teaching and leadership in academia, and has supervised many doctoral students to completion. He has had a widespread career, previously having held academic positions at University of New South Wales, Lincoln University, University of Technology Sydney, and Parahyangan Catholic University.
He has also held management and consulting positions outside university in the US and Indonesia in both the private and public sectors, including large listed and state-owned enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and government ministries.

Jap's research area is financial accounting and capital markets. He has published in leading journals including Journal of Financial Economics and The Accounting Review. His research was covered by The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Businessweek, the Chicago Tribune and the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation. His co-authored paper on stock options and accounting restatements was named to the Journal of Financial Economic's Hall of Fame.

Syaiful Ali obtained his Ph.D. (in accounting information systems) and MInfSys from UQ Business School, Australia and received a bachelor degree in accounting from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
His major research interests are IT investment governance, IT governance, and corporate governance. His research has been been published in several international journals such as Gadjah Mada International Journal, Journal of Global Information Management, Information Systems Frontiers, Journal of Information Systems (American Accounting Association), International Journal of Accounting Information Systems and Accounting & Education.
